Essenthia Contract: Custom design for a student residence

The LIV Student 22@ Barcelona project is one of the current benchmarks in high-level university residences. The role of Essenthia Contract, which opted for several materials from Finsa, was fundamental in materialising its visual and functional identity.

Finsa Materials: The balance between technical resistance and natural warmth
Located in the 22@ technology district, this residence stands out for its "lifestyle" approach that goes beyond simply being an accommodation. Essenthia Contract, the company responsible for the design and manufacture of the custom-made furniture, both for the residential units and for the extensive common areas, focused its work on combining the durability needed for a high-use environment with a modern and welcoming aesthetic.

Personality and textures in every room
For the LIV Student 22@ project, a strategic selection of Finsa materials was carried out that combines technical resistance with a contemporary and welcoming aesthetic. The diversity of FimaPan® Decor melamine finishes was key to defining the personality of each room: Old Oak Atlas and Roble Aurora Atlas bring natural warmth to panelling and bedroom furniture, while the Gris 004 Soft III, Negro Soft III and Blanco Medio Soft III tones were distributed in rooms and common areas to create modern contrasts and soft-touch surfaces.

Fintop+ worktops for kitchens: Durability with a sophisticated finish
Finally, functionality and premium design were unified in the kitchen areas through the use of Fintop + Mármol Atenea worktops, complemented with HPL in Mármol Atenea, guaranteeing high durability and a sophisticated finish on the work and storage surfaces. Category : Living
