Stella Hub: versatile workspace with Finsa materials in Santiago de Compostela

A flexible office hub in the center of Santiago
Stella Hub, located in the heart of Santiago de Compostela, is a dynamic coworking and office space that combines flexible workstations, private offices, fully equipped meeting rooms, phone booths, and spacious common areas with all the necessary amenities. Thus, in addition to offering a workspace for businesses, Stella Hub can also be used for occasional events or team training sessions.

Savia exterior solutions for facades and patios
In this project, designed by the Stella Hub team themselves, a wide range of Finsa materials have been selected, which can be found on the façade, inside the rooms and in the courtyards. For example, upon approaching the building, one can see that the front is clad in Savia's Thermopine Grey. Savia materials are also present in the interior courtyards, where Findeck Grey has been used.

Eucalipto Serene: The natural veneer that dresses the interior
Meanwhile, Finsa's boards adorn many of the rooms and spaces within the complex. One of the most frequently used is FibraPan® Natur Eucalipto Serene, employed for the lounge area table, the boardroom table, the reception desk, interior doors, and wall paneling in several rooms.

Functional furniture for social and rest areas
In the canteen and other common areas, some of the tables are made with Cashmere Technical Matt, an ultra-matte, fingerprint-resistant surface with a velvety feel, suitable for contact with food, designed to withstand the intensive use of a coffee break area.

Max kitchen modules were installed in the Gris Gu Soft III design, with the facades again in natural Eucalipto Serene veneer, which connects the canteen with the rest of the interior.

Textured panels in the meeting and training rooms
The Stella Hub team also opted for several Finsa Tex panels to add a distinctive design touch to their spaces. These included FibraPan® EZ Tex panels with Block, Trama, and Mojave finishes. Lacquered in green, they act as decorative murals in the council and boardrooms, as well as in the training room.

A comprehensive project where the versatility of Finsa materials combines with design to create a modern, welcoming and characterful workspace.
