Acrescentar Group: references in architecture and real estate development
The Acrescentar Group is a leading Portuguese company in the real estate and construction sector, particularly established in the northern region of Portugal. The company specialises in the development, design, and construction of mid-to-high-end and luxury residential projects, characterised by modern architecture and high-quality finishes.

Vess Living, natural integration and contemporary design in Guimarães
One of the most noteworthy residential developments recently undertaken by Grupo Acrescentar is Vess Living. This project, located in Guimarães, in the upper part of the city, in Quinta das Vessadas, comprises three independent buildings with a total of 39 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms.

The complex follows the developer's usual style: contemporary architecture with large windows and terraces, high-quality finishes, and efficient climate control. Furthermore, the development is designed with a focus on integration with nature and urban well-being.

Versatile applications of FibraPan® in home interior design
Therefore, within the homes, Grupo Acrescentar opted for engineered wood panels for numerous applications. Specifically, FibraPan® MDF panels were used for living room panelling, kitchen fronts, custom-made furniture, bedside tables, shelves, and wardrobe fronts and interiors.

The oak that gives character to the living room and kitchen
Specifically, the star design in the Vess Living development apartments is Roble Denver in the Atlas finish, from the Duo range, a decorative surface with a medium-toned oak wood effect. This decorative finish elegantly combines cathedral grain, knots, and cracks, making it a safe bet for any project.

Canvas Crudo, the subtle textiles inside wardrobes
Likewise, inside the wardrobes we can find another surface from the Duo range: Canvas Crudo in an Ari finish, a decorative textile design featuring threads in orange and grey tones that create an interesting three-dimensional contrast. And although it's not immediately visible, the interior of a wardrobe is fundamental to the design of a home.
