Metrovacesa offices

Metrovacesa's new offices in Madrid, designed by Dorotea Estudio, redefine the modern work environment, prioritising brightness, functionality, and a design that promotes collaboration and well-being. The project integrates a neutral colour palette with touches of vibrant blue, creating a professional yet inspiring environment. For this project, the studio has relied on Finsa materials such as Roble Hera in the Sega finish, or Gravity Hueso in the Moa finish, which have been strategically applied to key elements of the space, such as doors or furniture. In addition to the work and meeting spaces, the offices include areas dedicated to sustainability, such as the Recycling Area, and break and cafeteria areas with a fresh and inviting design, where blue takes centre stage. The project, completed in 2024, is a testament to Dorotea Estudio's focus on creating work environments that not only meet Metrovacesa's operational needs but also enhance the daily experience of its employees.
