Abora Buenaventura by Lopesan Hotels

The Requena y Plaza architecture and interior design studio was commissioned to reform and modernize this holiday hotel located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. To do this, they chose the Aurora Oak decorative surface, which can be found in rooms and common areas.

Prefabricated panels: appearance, responsiveness and affordability

Sometimes it is difficult to choose materials when projects have tight deadlines and budgets. REQUENA Y PLAZA was charged with remodelling a traditional 1980s hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The challenge was not trivial: they had to bring the hotel into the 21st century at the lowest cost and in the shortest time possible. "We saw a clear solution through Finsa's prefabricated panelling, which ensured that we met the client's requirements," the practice explains.
