Artisan bakery Xeve

Peza Estudio was commissioned to design a bakery space, with a reduced area of just 15 m2, which had to include a bread and pastry dispatch area, product cutting and weighing area, storage, a coffee-to-go area and self-service of drinks. The vertical display area for the bread, with the Soft Gray panelling, solved this space problem.

Artisan bakery made with artisan materials

The bread like that baked at Xeve Artesano's needed a bakery adapted to its needs. And to give this product the value it deserves, the owners counted on the help of Peza Estudio, who knew how to make bread the protagonist in a contemporary and functional environment. Dalia Pena, interior designer and founder of the studio PEZA, decided to use the visual potential of bread to mark the relationship between the space and the consumer.
