Mobile homes Podersdorf

In the picturesque town of Podersdorf am See, Austria, a collection of modern vacation apartments redefines the vacation rental experience. The project, led by DataB GmbH, with carpentry and installation by DataB GmbH, RUM Tischlerei und Event GmbH, and Lemp Energietechnik, stands out for its functional design and integration with the natural environment. The construction of these houses has used 12mm Tricoya as the main material for the exterior cladding. This product, which guarantees durability and resistance to extreme weather conditions, is ideal for outdoor applications. Each unit features a ventilated façade, incorporating a vertical groove design that gives it an interesting texture and visual rhythm. House numbers, creatively integrated into the siding itself through perforations, add a distinctive, modern touch. The design of these apartments not only offers comfort and modernity to its guests, but also demonstrates a commitment to innovative materials and efficient and aesthetic construction solutions. It is a clear example of how engineering and design come together to create durable and attractive living spaces in natural settings.
