Sometimes it is difficult to choose materials when projects have tight deadlines and budgets. REQUENA Y PLAZA was charged with remodelling a traditional 1980s hotel in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The challenge was not trivial: they had to bring the hotel into the 21st century at the lowest cost and in the shortest time possible. "We saw a clear solution through Finsa's prefabricated panelling, which ensured that we met the client's requirements," the practice explains.
